Skills on Techne go through a review before they list. We check that they are scoped properly, that the instructions actually improve agent output, and that the pricing is fair for the value delivered. We reject vague prompt packs.
Creators version their skills. Buyers know what they're getting and can install updates. The economics are transparent: every listing shows the exact price the creator set. No race to zero.
